See who uses the library, what people search for and fail to find, which assets and share links get used, and the CO₂ cost of your storage.
A Team or Business label marks the lowest plan that includes a feature; the others are on every plan, Free included.
Five tabs (Overview, Audience, Content, Search, Insights) cover the last 7, 30, 90 or 365 days. Overview shows visits, active users, asset views, downloads, searches and zero-result searches. Content lists top and trending assets and the download sizes people choose. Opening it needs the analytics dashboard permission.
Counts visits, unique and returning visitors, bounce rate and visit duration, groups traffic by source and device, and lists the 10 most active users. A daily table opens every visit of a day. Visitors are recognized by a one-way hash of their IP address, and bots and sign-in pages are not counted.
The Search tab shows the zero-result rate, click-through rate, top search terms, searches that found nothing, searches rescued by typo or prefix matching, and the most used filters. The documentation gives a monthly routine that turns each list into fixes in keywords, vocabularies or search settings.
Each night fixed rules read your searches, downloads and asset activity and list items such as content gaps, assets nobody opens and users who search but never download. Each insight has a priority, the figures behind it and recommended actions. No AI model is involved and the data stays in your workspace.
The Analytics dialog, under More on the asset page, shows views, downloads and shares over a chosen period, and the search terms that led people to the asset. People with the analytics dashboard permission also see who viewed and downloaded it, with a search by name or email.
My Analytics shows your own views, downloads, searches and collections created for the chosen period, a heat map of daily activity over the past year, your most viewed assets and your 10 most recent searches with their result counts.
Each external share link counts views and downloads, ZIP downloads included, next to the link on the collection's Sharing tab. The Public Shares page lists every link with its figures, filters links nobody used in 30 days and exports unique visitors to CSV. Each opening also sends a share.accessed webhook.
The Sustainability page estimates the CO₂ of the storage you own and the data you download, for you and for the whole workspace, and shows which rendition sizes take the most space. Administrators get an Orphan Assets list of files with no activity, which they can export to CSV or move to the trash.
Tenant administrators see the plan, trial days left, storage used, administrator seats and the features the plan includes. They choose or switch plans, cancel or resume, update the payment card and download invoices. Payments go through Paddle. Storage warnings start at 80% of the limit.
