Brand guide, templates and brand checks

Publish your brand guide, let colleagues make on-brand images from templates and AI Studio, watermark previews and downloads, and check uploads against your written brand rules.

A Team or Business label marks the lowest plan that includes a feature; the others are on every plan, Free included.

Brand guideTeam

Administrators add logos and emblems with size limits and clear space, color palettes with HEX, RGB, CMYK and PMS values, typefaces, and Do and Don't examples. Users copy color codes, download font files, get the palettes as an ASE swatch file, or download the whole brand kit as one ZIP.

Image templatesTeam

Build a template in the visual editor or import a Photoshop PSD file, with text, shapes and image placeholders. Layers can be pinned or stretched so one template adapts to square, story and landscape sizes. Colleagues apply it to their images, fill in the text and save the results as renderings.

Template setsTeam

Group templates in a fixed order, for example a square, a story and a banner for one campaign. Select one or many images and generate one image per template in the set, then edit the text, regenerate and save or download the results.

AI Studio

Open an image in Studio to crop it to social formats, remove or replace the background, remove people or objects, add a brand overlay with your logos and fonts, or improve light and noise. The original is never changed, and each saved result is attached to the asset as a rendering that goes through review.

Custom Studio skills

An administrator writes one AI instruction with a list of options, such as scene descriptions, and the skill appears in the Studio tool rail. Colleagues pick an option and click Generate without writing a prompt. Administrators also choose which tools the rail shows and in what order.

Renderings

A rendering is a separate file kept next to the asset, such as a crop, a translated brochure, a social media format, a Studio edit or a template result. AI edits always need approval, and other types need it when an administrator turns approval on. Approved renderings appear in the download dialog.

WatermarksTeam

Design a watermark in a visual editor with logos and text, including placeholders such as the asset title or the name of the person viewing it. Set tiling, opacity and blend mode, and preview it on several image shapes. Access rules apply it to previews or downloads, and share links can add one.

Brand complianceBusiness

Write rules in plain language, group them in rule sets and choose which assets each set covers. Freedam checks those assets on upload or on request, answers each rule with Pass, Fail or Not applicable, and proposes a status. A reviewer approves it, and the status can filter the gallery and drive access rules.

Workspace branding

Upload logos and emblems for light and dark backgrounds, add a text label beside the logo in the menu bar, and set rotating background images for the sign-in and registration pages. Custom branding can be switched on or off for the whole workspace.

Custom pagesBusiness

Build pages from blocks in a drag-and-drop editor, with page settings, cover images and a version history you can restore from. Pages move from Draft through In Review and Approved to Published. Visitors who are not signed in only see published pages.

Page spaces and themesBusiness

A page space groups pages under its own address, default language and theme, and its page tree sets the navigation. A theme sets colors, heading and body fonts, corners, shadows, a branded header and a default cover image for every page in the space.
