Content Quality
Administration > Content Quality groups Quality (with its metadata and brand rules), Filename Parsing Rules and Duplicate Scan, the tools that keep the library in order: rules about what each asset must have, values found to fill what is missing, brand checks, and duplicates. Quality and brand compliance are included in the Business and Tailored plans.
The tools

A typical setup
- Open Quality. The Getting started set, created the first time, holds a rule for each required field; review it and make it active.
- Add the rules that matter to you. A new rule offers ready-made ones: Assets have no exact duplicate, and with brand compliance Assets are on brand and Brand checks are reviewed.
- For rules that fill a field, choose where values come from (file names, an import catalog) and whether they are written automatically or suggested for review.
- Follow the grade and the rules that fail on the Quality page, review suggested values, and open Activity to see what each check changed.
When results change
Quality checks an asset again when its metadata changes, when a reviewer settles one of its brand checks, and when a copy of its file is uploaded or deleted. Every active rule set also runs once a night.
